ITNTM005RF BASED RAILWAY STATION ANNOUNCEMENT SYSTEM The main use of this project is to display and announce the station where the train is crossing or reached. The project has several RF Transmitter sections which could be used to provide the information of the train. During the time of running if the train crosses across the relevant transmitter section, the particular transmitter section indicates the relevant message to driver through RF wireless communication. From this we can display and announce the name of railway station.
ITNTM006RF BASED BUS STOP ANNOUNCEMENT SYSTEM The main use of this project is to display and announce the name of stopping of buses. ITNTM007AUTOMATIC LIGHT DIM DIP CONTROLLERThis project is focused on to keep the correct head light lighting power in accordance with the opposite vehicle light or any light source intensity. This type of system is called Automatic Dim and Dipper is used to control the intensity of the Head light automatically using the Dim Dip Controller. By knowing the opposite vehicle light intensity value, the brightness of the light is varied. This system is accurate, reliable and it is easy to operate also.

ITNTM010AUTOMATIC LUBRICATING SYSTEMIn this arrangement we are using coolant pump to control the heat from the working tool in the machine. In many industries the coolant will flow from the tank when the machine starts by this process loss of coolant may occur. To avoid the wastage we go for this system and for controlling the heat from the tool. Temperature sensor, Pump and Control unit are the main blocks used in this project.
ITNTM011SMART CARD BASED PETROL FILLING SYSTEMThe objective of this project is to provide easy access and save time in the petrol bunk. This project is made the automated petrol bunk. The customer need not wait in the petrol bunk. It reduces the time as well as man power. A smart card, chip card, or integrated circuit card (ICC), is any pocket-sized card with embedded integrated circuits. There are two broad categories of ICCs. Memory cards contain only non-volatile memory storage components, and perhaps dedicated security logic. Microprocessor cards contain volatile memory and microprocessor components. The card is made of plastic, generally polyvinyl chloride, but sometimes acrylonitrile butadiene styrene or polycarbonate . Smart cards may also provide strong security authentication for single sign-on (SSO) within large organizations.
ITNTM012ALCHOL DETECTOR FOR POLICE Alcohol Sensor uses Breathalyzers or an alarm unit, to detect the presence of alcohol vapors. This sensor unit offers very high sensitivity, combined with fast response time. The unit will work with a simple drive circuit and offers excellent stability with long life. This project is very useful in police department to find out who is using alcohol while driving.

This project is designed to use the RFID based security system application in the automobiles. ITNTM015DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF MOTORIZED JACKHere we are introducing the screw jack. The vehicle should be lifted for certain type of works. This cannot be done manually. To avoid such problem a jack was invented. To make the work easier than a screw jack we have introduced a new concept called motorized screw jack. We can easily lift the vehicle up and down by using the ON/OFF switch. This helps to reduce the burden of the worker. This project is designed by following blocks, Jack model, DC motor and On/Off switch.
ITNTM016WIRELESS TYRE PRESSURE INDICATOR FOR SINGLE TYREThe objective of this project is to indicate the pressure level in the tyre with help of RF technology. This project is useful in vehicle application where the tyre pressure is indicated effectively with the help of control unit. A Tyre pressure indicating system is a system designed to monitor the air pressure which is inside the tyres on various types of vehicles. These systems report the tyre pressure information to the driver of the vehicle. To do real time sensing of the exact pressure inside the tyre, the sensing device must be located in the tyre. This pressure information is displayed in the dash board of the car.
ITNTM017AUTOMATIC PNEUMATIC BRAKE CONTROL FOR OPPOSITE VEHICLE The Objective of this project is to, stop the vehicle in which the Break control is fixed and to control the vehicle, if the distance between the vehicles is less than the desired value. In Roads, where heavy Traffic prevails, the possibilities of occurrence of accidents are large. Hence in order to prevent accidents, we have designed this project, which automatically stops the vehicle in which the Break control is fixed and control the vehicle, if the distance between the vehicles is less than the desired value.
ITNTM018SENSOR OPERATED PNEUMATIC RAILWAY GATE OPEN CLOSE CONTROL SYSTEM The aim of project is to control the gate opening and closing with the help of pneumatic cylinder arrangement. In our project the gate always opened. This will close when the pneumatic operated cylinder is actuated. 36
ITNTM019GPS BASED RAILWAY CRACK DETECTOR The project relates to the location of singular points in the automatic control of railway tracks by GPS technique and sends the information to mobile. According to a possible embodiment, the railway carriage carrying the control equipments is provided with sensor to detect the crack. The project consists of control unit, IR sensor, SCU, Alarm, GPS receiver, RS232 and mobile. GPS receiver receives the train latitude and longitude from satellite through GPS antenna. GPS receiver is interfaced with the control unit through RS232 converter. RS 232 converter is used to convert RS232 logic to TTL logic vice versa because GPS receiver is the RS232 logic and control unit is the TTL logic. Then the receiver sends the received signal to control unit. Here the control unit has the flash type reprogrammable memory in which we have already programmed.
ITNTM020SOLAR OPERATED FOUR WHEELERThe objective of this project is to generate electric power from automobile vehicles through solar panel. Nowadays power demand is increased in future the demand will be increased for fuel to run the vehicles. So we need to give more concentration in alternative power to run the vehicles. So in this concept we have design and fabricated the model by using non conventional energy in automobile vehicles. This setup is useful to generate the electrical power from the solar panel which is fixed in the backside of the vehicle. This project is designed with solar panel, dynamo, rectifier, filter and battery.

ITNTM022AUTO FARE METER FOR AUTO AND CALL TAXIThe objective of this project is to find out the traveling fare in taxi or auto. Normally existing meters are analog meter. The major drawbacks in these meters are we cannot find out the exact fare. This project is used to serve the easy access to hire vehicles driver such as taxi and auto. This project is used to find the exact traveling fare. So the people traveling need not to pay extra amount. This project is very useful for both passengers and hire vehicle drivers.
ITNTM023MILEAGE METERThe objective of this project is to determine the Mileage of the vehicle. Normal existing meter are Analog meter. The major drawback in this meter is we cannot find out the exact fuel quantity in the tank. In this project the exact fuel quantity is displayed in the digital form and also speed of the vehicle, how much distance the vehicle has been traveled and further kilometer for available fuel quantity these information�s are also displayed in the LCD display.

ITNTM027GPS BASED VEHICLE TRACKING SYSTEMThe objective of this project is to monitor and track the Vehicle using Global Positioning System. The Global Positioning System is a space age navigational system that can pinpoint your position anywhere on the globe, usually within a few yards or meters. This amazing technology is available to everyone, everywhere, day and night, and best of all, at no cost for use of the navigational data. GPS uses a constellation of 24 satellites in precise orbits approximately 11,000 miles above the earth. The satellites transmit data via high frequency radio waves back to Earth and, by locking onto these signals, a GPS receiver can process this data to triangulate its precise location on the globe. GPS operates 24 hours a day, in all weather conditions, and can be used worldwide for precise navigation on land, on water and even in the air. Some of its many current applications include: boating, fishing, hunting, scouting on land or from the air, hiking, camping, biking, rafting, pack trips by horseback, hot air ballooning, general aviation, snowmobiling and skiing, search and rescue, emergency vehicle tracking, 4 wheeling, highway driving and a host of other outdoor activities where accurate positioning is required.

ITNTM036DESIGN AND FABRICATION OF PNEUMATIC 3 AXIS MODERN TRAILORThis project work titled three axis modern trailer has been conceived having studied the difficulty in unloading the materials. Our survey in the regard in several automobile garages, revealed the facts that mostly some difficult methods were adopted in unloading the materials from the trailer. Now the project has mainly concentrated on this difficulty, and hence a suitable arrangement has been designed. Such that the vehicles can be unloaded from the trailer in three axes without application of any impact force. By pressing the direction control valve activated. The compressed air is goes to the pneumatic cylinder acts as a lifting the trailer cabin.

ITNTM038LPG GAS LEAKAGE DETECTION AND ALARMThe main objective of this project is to detect the gas leakage by gas sensor and it makes the alarm while gas detection. Due to the increased cost of the fuel, most of them prefer in hiring the gas cars instead of petrol/diesel vehicles. Using gas in the cars is highly a risk issue, which will cause major accidents due to the leakage of LPG Gas. In order to overcome this problem LPG gas leakage is protected by using a protection system. We designed and developed such type of system, in order to prevent the number of accidents in gas cars; this project is not only for cars it can be used for homes too.
ITNTM039ELECTRICAL POWER GENERATION FROM SPEED BRAKE Its a power generating device, which can generate the power whenever the vehicles run on the speed breaker. A simple method of this is spring system during the time of vehicles run over the spring goes up and down; it helps to rotate the dynamo efficiently. While the dynamo rotation it generates the electric DC power, we can store it by battery. Also we can use it as AC supply with the help of inverter. A system embedded in a road surface generates power from the passage of motor vehicles.

ITNTM043WIRELESS MOTORIZED JACKWhen we are traveling in the road for a particular work, if suppose tyre get puncture it will be a big headache to remove the tyre and fixing up the stepney also it is not easy to lift the jack manually in the workshop. This makes the worker to get tired. It�s all a tedious work for the worker. In order to overcome this problem we have designed and developed a system called motorized jack operating through RF section by having full control of the jack, we can easily lift it up and down by using the on/off. This helps to reduce the burden of the worker.

ITNTM045MINI SPY HELICOPTER CONTROL USING PCSYNOPSIS This project relates to a remote controlled helicopter and more particularly to an improved arrangement for controlling the flight path of such a helicopter with wireless camera connected to capture the area where it travels. Radio controlled aircraft have been popular for recreational purposes for a number of years. For example, the use of such radio controlled helicopters for military purposes such as militants has been found to be a criminal purpose. By employing radio controlled helicopters for this use, it is possible to watch relatively travel to areas where it is required. This is possible because the radio controlled helicopter can be operated at a very low altitude close to the ground without danger.

This setup is useful to generate the electrical power from the small windmill which is fixed in the backside or in front of the vehicle. By running the vehicles in low or high speed the windmill blades start to rotate and generate the electricity power through small generator which is fixed on the windmill setup. This project is designed with Wind mill arrangement, Dynamo, Rectifier, Filter and Battery.
ITNTM047 FABRICATION OF ROAD MARKING MACHINEA road-marking device is provided by means of which thick ribs of water-based paint are applied to a road surface transversely to the road axis. Each rib is formed by a high-volume spray of paint from a solenoid valve attached with provided for paint spraying. The movement of the vehicle is controlled motorized with the help of the microcontroller provided. The movement of the sprayer is controlled by the proximity sensor and LCD display attached. This equipment can be used in marking the lines in roads.

In this project we are using the RFID reader in every station and each train should have a RFID tag. We can see the train information from anywhere in the world through internet.
